This notice describes the current source-first CVWolf build. It will be reviewed before each material change to storage, analytics or advertising.
Resume builder
The builder stores the draft under the key cvwolf.resume.v1 in localStorage on your device. CVWolf does not send that draft to its server. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to view it.
Use Clear draft to remove the saved resume content. Clearing site data in your browser also removes it.
Job comparison
Resume and job-description text entered into the comparison tool is processed in the browser memory. It is not saved by CVWolf and disappears when the page is reloaded or closed.
Preferences, analytics and advertising
The light or dark theme is stored locally under cvwolf-theme. Your essential-only or measurement choice is stored under cvwolf-consent-v1.
GA4 measurement G-EN1GH83TVR loads only after you choose Allow measurement. Before that choice, no Google tag request is made. Product events contain route language, step numbers, selected layout and aggregate comparison results—not resume, job-description or form-field text. Microsoft Clarity and advertising scripts are not loaded.
Exports and external links
TXT and print/PDF exports are created on your device. After downloading, you control where those files are stored or shared.
Links to other projects have their own privacy practices. CVWolf does not control those sites after you leave cvwolf.net.
